1. Grant of Rights

By recording and submitting a video testimonial, you grant clickBACON and its affiliates a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, and display your video testimonial in any media format for marketing, promotional, and commercial purposes.

2. Public Sharing

You acknowledge and agree that your video testimonial may be shared publicly, including but not limited to:

• clickBACON website and landing pages
• Social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
• Marketing materials, presentations, and advertisements
• Email campaigns and promotional content
• Trade shows, conferences, and public events

3. Content Ownership

You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the right to grant these permissions. You retain ownership of your video content, but grant clickBACON the rights described above.

4. Content Standards

Your video testimonial should be truthful, accurate, and based on your genuine experience with clickBACON. We reserve the right to review and decline to publish any content that does not meet our standards.

5. Privacy

Your name, business name, and other identifying information shared in your video may be displayed publicly alongside your testimonial. By proceeding, you consent to this use of your personal information.

6. Compensation for Your Time

As a thank you for your time and participation, you will receive a $15 gift card to either Amazon or Starbucks upon completion of your video testimonial. This compensation is for your time, not for the content of your review. Your testimonial should reflect your genuine, honest experience with clickBACON.

Please note: Participants are eligible to receive one gift card every 6 months.

7. Revocation

You may request removal of your video testimonial at any time by contacting us at support@clickbacon.com. We will make reasonable efforts to remove it from future use, though previously distributed content may remain in circulation.
